The Highest level of Grounding
We are not just a physical body. There are so many other dimensions to us. Sometimes when we are integrating new Light, it can feel confusing what we are to do with this Human form that is seemingly so complex and sways us in different directions. And yet, when we just allow ourselves to breathe in this space, we remember that in the Centre of all these parts of us is the one I AM Presence. That when we just align with the pulse of the NOW we are always in the Flow of that one idea, one action that is highest for the NOW. And being in this state constantly is the experience of Simplicity or Grace.
Those moments where we find ourselves confused about why we are here, or what we are to do with this Form are not purposeless, often this is the moment when a new level of residing in our Source is landing. These merges are happening NOW and as we Centre ourselves in our Vortex of Source, we can see this toroid field expanding out into the Earth too. This way we also become one with the core of the Earth Grid and the way it is integrating the new Light. This is the highest level of Grounding.
The Human Form is being updated once again and our bodies are changing with greater levels of energy. Taking out time to relax and just hold Centre is very beneficial at this time. Especially in Nature. We are also getting new guidance about changes in diet or lifestyle that are better suited for our new Ascension levels. Some things that feel too much or too heavy NOW are to be let go of. Sometimes we don't see how we can make this change a practical reality. But when Pure guidance comes through Spirit, it then moves through our toroid field and makes physical pathways. We need to be able to keep our heart fully open all the way through and not contract from doubt. Be okay in the space of not knowing all at once. Just being fully willing. And allowing things to unfold in Divine Timing, within the Higher Plan.
