The images of your past may be flashing before you. They are only showing up to be witnessed within non judgement and neutrality. Just like a child learning to crawl and then walk, you have been through many stages, all of which are adorable in the eyes of your God Self (the I AM Presence). Show yourself the same Love and receptivity NOW, instead of viewing your life or previous choices as less than Perfect. The great thing about life is that each moment is a reset point. And contains the potential of Infinity for us to access, We can choose anew in the NOW with all the Wisdom we have so far gathered. If there are any unpleasant thoughts that won't go away, don't try to numb them. Make sure you step right in the centre of the vortex, but this time with your full Presence. As the Loving, Aware, Eternal I AM Presence. Any 'solutions' or resolutions will be found this way NOW. And you will be walking out having touched a new maturity.
